Once the IFU have been downloaded, before any subsequent consultation it is necessary to check the present page again (“in force” section) and check the absence of new revisions. If the IFU already in possession is not updated, download the newest version before further use of the medical devices.

To request a copy of the IFU by email or in paper format, send a request to the following email: quality.assurance@mikai.it. This request will be processed at the latest within seven calendar days of receipt of the email and, in case of request of a physical (paper) IFU submitted contemporary to a purchase order, the IFU will be shipped with the contents of the order.
