Made entirely of plastic, nonmagnetic and transparent, designed by Mikai engineers after a thorough study of the morphology of the pelvic girdle and CAD/CAM projections of standard screw implant sites in the pelvis

Packed in a double tray sterile kit containing the fixator and everything you need to implant (including surgical instrumentation), also allows a single surgeon to rapidly stabilize pelvic girdle trauma

Mikai’s 6 mm diameter self-drilling, self-tapping screws, only in 200mm length with 40 mm thread. The clamp can be used as a guide for the screws that typically are two per side; these are implanted, at the discretion of the surgeon, anterosuperior, anteroinferior or combined configuration.

Stirrup Brackets

Two stirrup brackets (right and left) following the physiological and anatomical specular curves of the iliac crest and the upper cotyloid cavity. Each bracket has 4 terminals that can flow into the appropriate slots and 3 quick-release couplings for the fillet arcs; These items are supplied preassembled on brackets.

Two connection rings. Each large ring consists of two semi rings in the shape of a tuning fork joined by a ring nut to vary the angle degree. A third ring is supplied outside of the kit for fixation configuration options.
